The new album is already in stores “No Love Lost”! Go get it!

It appears Frank has opted to let it go… He’s recently being quoted as saying he’d like “forgiveness and peace” out of the whole situation, the fight that unfolded in a L.A parking lot, outside a studio where he and some members of Odd Future encountered Chris Brown and his flying monkeys…
He’s better then us, would have put Chris Brown UNDER THE JAIL! It appears with enough money and enough resources, the law can be bent, even broken…
The new artist is up for 6 Grammys and will attend the ceremony after all as previous reported…

YES!!! It was widely reported that the brawl with Chris Brown had left Frank too beat up to perform or even attend the Grammy Ceremony but apparently that has changed!
Reps for the Grammy Academy confirmed that Frank will attend the show and will be performing. He’s up for 6 honors, including the prestigious “Album of The Year” nom!
We’re glad he’s didn’t let Chris take this away from him and we’re looking forward to more information surfacing about him pressing charges against that a**!!

Sooooo…….apparently Chris and Frank have had beef for years, way before Frank was a popular artist and before Chris made his comeback with the “F.A.M.E” album..
Who knows how it started but it all came to a head the other day in L.A.. They bumped into eachother at a local studio with there respective entourages.. Frank was with some members of Odd Future but as far as we know, Tyler The Creator was not among them. They had words and Frank reportedly blurted out the following:
“Yo Chris, Rihanna’s a HOE!!”
That sent Breezy over the edge and he had to put his foot in Frank’s a**, knocking the grammy nominated singer completely unconscious! Odd Future had to carry him into the studio where they called the police…
Chris is clown’n in the press every month, it’s always something but this could be what sends him to jail for a while, especially if Frank decides to press charges..

Hmmmmm….. That’s the word but who knows. In our opinion, Jay has something going on Rihanna, something that Beyonce was okay with but since Chris Brown has come back into the picture, driving her RocNation Porsche and sh**, J has had to get it in at home or else where….
This may be difficult to believe, being that Jay and Beyonce appear to be the perfect power couple but in this game, with so much money and power involved things can appear to whatever the financer wants them to.. Not saying that this story is 100% true but there’s truth in even the biggest lie…

We love SEAN!! This is the first single from his 2nd album, courtesy of Kanye’s G.O.O.D Music imprint. It’s titled “Hall of Fame” and is due early 2013, love the track!

We don’t really care for Bruno but this 4th chart topper is monumental. Billboard report the following:
“Heaven” marks Mars’ fourth Hot 100 topper since his arrival in 2010. His first entry, B.o.B’s ”Nothin’ on You,” on which Mars guested, began a two-week reign the week of May 1, 2010. His debut album, “Doo-Wops & Hooligans,” which reached No. 3 in a 112-week (and counting) run on the Billboard 200, yielded Mars two Hot 100 No. 1s as a lead artist: “Just the Way You Are” (four weeks, beginning Oct. 2, 2010) and follow-up “Grenade” (four weeks, starting Jan. 8, 2011).
How historic is Mars’ accumulation of four Hot 100 No. 1s in a span of just two years, 10 months and one week, dating to the Feb. 13, 2010, arrival of “Nothin’”? It’s the fastest collection of a male artist’s first four No. 1s in exactly 48 years. Bobby Vinton first entered the Hot 100 with “Roses Are Red (My Love)” the week of June 9, 1962. It became his first No. 1 five weeks later. Vinton then added leaders with “Blue Velvet” (1963), “There! I’ve Said it Again” and “Mr. Lonely” (both in 1964). When “Lonely” lifted 2-1 on the Hot 100 dated Dec. 12, 1964 – 48 years ago today – Vinton had rung up four No. 1s in a stretch of just two years and six months from his first chart appearance.

Up and coming new artist, A$ap Rocky is in the early stages of stardom. He’s releasing his debut album and touring with Rihanna next year! Our friends at RapUp report the following:
A$AP Rocky appeared on “106 & Park” today to premiere the video for “Fuckin’ Problems” and announce a release date for his long-awaited debutLong.Live.A$AP.
The project will drop on Polo Grounds Music/RCA Records on January 15, 2013. The black-and-white cover features an altered image of Pretty Flacko draped in the American flag.
The first single, “Fuckin’ Problems,” is now available on iTunes featuring Drake, 2 Chainz, and Kendrick Lamar.
The Harlem rapper will join the North American leg of Rihanna’s“Diamonds” tour when it launches on March 8 in Buffalo, New York.

The rumors about them dating have died down but one can’t deny Gaga’s love for hip hop music, collaborating with new artist and label mate, Kendrick Lamar on this laid back a** track that didn’t make his album but should see radio given this video! They’re really good friends that respect each others music! We think it’s beautiful!

Frank is on a career high right now and it’s only the beginning. He’s going to be performing at the 2012 VMAs and will likely be up for a bag of Grammys for his brilliant debut “Channel Orange”. He’s difficult to categorize but few can argue his genius! TrueClefMusic is in love with Frank Ocean!!
Peep the video for his new single “Swim Good” below:

We love Miguel, such sincere music, such a pretty voice. We’re excited about his new album to say the least!
“It’s definitely a progressive album,” the 25-year-old singer told Mina SayWhat. “I would describe it as being progressive in the sense that I’m taking a lot of my more alternative influences and incorporating them.”
Album hits shelves 10.1.12, prepare to cop!!

Yea, we know we’re late with this one but just saw the video a couple days ago, LOVE IT, love the song, love Miguel and that honest a** song writing! He’s one of our favorites!!

We’ve been in love with his voice and his writing since “Sure Thing”, he’s a MONSTER on the penz, kinda gives the male version of Keri Hilson, so talented, so sincere!
Our friends at SingersRoom report the following:
R&B crooner Miguel will follow the formula from his 3-part ‘Art Dealer Chic’ EP for the release of his upcoming sophomore album ‘Kaleidscope Dreams.’
Starting July 31, the BET Awards winner will release the first volume entitled ‘Dream: Water Preview EP,’ which will include the previously released “Adorn,” as well as “Don’t Look Back” and “Use Me.” The second volume, ‘Kaleidoscope Dream: Air Preview,’ will arrive September 11, while the final full-length release, Kaleidoscope Dream, which will include songs from the two EPs plus five new songs, will arrive October 2.
“I believe dreams represent the purest form of fantasy we unleash through our subconscious,” says Miguel in a statement. “They represent the truest freedom we can experience. Totally unrepressed and totally creative.”
The project will boast production from Salaam Remi, Pop & Oak, Jerry Wonda and more.

We can’t get enough of Frank Ocean! The depth of his actions over the past couple weeks are unknown by the mass media, by many ppl, except the young black gay dudes that felt like they HAD NO ONE TO LOOK UP TO, like they were alone! We are so grateful for Frank, his contribution and his sacrifice! #ThePioneer
RapUp Magazine report the following:
Frank Ocean is speaking out for the first time since coming out. The Odd Future star explains why he decided to publicly address his sexuality.
Ocean penned a letter earlier this month in which he revealed that his first love was a man. “[It was] about my own sanity and my ability to feel like I’m living a life where … I’m happy when I wake up in the morning, and not with this freakin’ boulder on my chest,” he told the Guardian Guide for a story in Saturday’s edition.
He made a conscious decision to go public with it right before his album was released. “I knew that I was writing in a way that people would ask questions,” he said. “I knew that my star was rising, and I knew that if I waited I would always have somebody that I respected be able to encourage me to wait longer, to not say it till who knows when.”
The 24-year old “Pyramids” singer, whose album channel ORANGE debutedat No. 2 in the U.S., longed for a role model of his own. “I wished at 13 there was somebody I looked up to who would have said something like that, who would have been transparent in that way,” he said.
Although most of his peers have been supportive, Ocean is not worried about what may come from his revelation. “People are just afraid of things too much,” he said. “Sure, evil exists, extremism exists. Somebody could commit a hate crime and hurt me. But they could do the same just because I’m black. They could do the same just because I’m American.”

Gaga recently popped up at a Kendrick Lamar show and had everyone talking, the 2 hugged and laughed before and after the show, no one, including us knew what to make of it but they are label mates and apparently good friends!
HipHopWired reports the following:
Friendship comes in all forms, and even though Kendrick Lamar andLady Gaga seem like an odd pair, they share a mutual respect for one another. Fresh off his appearance at Chicago’s' Pitchfork Music Festival over the weekend, Lamar checked in with Tony Sculfield of WCGI’s Morning Riot to speak on his highly anticipated debut, and befriending one of music’s biggest stars.
“That’s a good friend,” he said when asked if there is something romantic going on between the two. “She just reached over on Twitter. We come from two different worlds musically, she’s a fan of Hip-Hop. She says the same thing [as you said], that my sound is refreshing, that’s what really attracted her to it.”
The music in which he speaks, is all leading up to his highly anticipated good kid, m.A.A.d city debut and will find the Compton native “being selfish” on the project. “I like the element of surprise,” he said of the album’s title which he (still) refuses to reveal.
Elsewhere in the interview, Lamar speaks on the Game vs. 40 Glocc fight, and being inspired to become a rapper after watching Dr. Dre and Tupac, on the set of California Love.
Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d city is due out October 2.

Franks debut album hit the the shelves last week and iTunes the week before, he’s moved 131k since then, topping Usher’s “Looking For Myself” which moved 128k and falling just short of Chris Brown’s “FORTUNE” which debuted at #1 with 136,000 units sold!
Frank has NO single and has only had a hand full of live shows to promote this album, this is a AMAZING example of his fans expressing there love and the gay community supporting there own!!
We know the title of the post states that he out marched Chris but Chris sold more records?? Chris Brown has dropped 4 or 5 singles and videos to promote “FORTUNE”, his label spend a fortune making sure he had a decent debut and the public knew this album was coming but Def Jam has barely rolled a dime to promote “Channel Orange”, no music videos, no official single. He debuted at #2 and this is a HUGE achievement for Frank and we’re so happy for him, soooo PROUD of him!!
If you haven’t purchased the album, chazz up and to BestBuy or WalMart, where ever and SUPPORT FRANK!!!

YESS!!!! We’re a hug supporter of the pioneer himself! Frank delivered a beautiful performance of “Bad Religion” just lastnite and announced that his debut album “Channel Orange” is available on iTunes RIGHT NOW with the hard copy coming 7.17.12!!
We’re soooo proud of him!!

Glad he’s experimenting with his sound, adding some elements that everyone can enjoy, that’s the best thing to do given his recent decision to let everyone in on his sexuality.. N**** barely bought music before, now he’s gotta appeal to more then them to stay relevant!
My man’s got some haters but Kanye West, Big Sean, Beyonce, JayZ, Russell Simmons and others are totally behind him in support! We love him for this decision, this immense sacrifice! #pioneer
“Channel Orange” debuts July 17th!!

Whoa!!!! Didn’t see that coming AT ALL! Dude definitely could’ve kept it to himself with no one suspecting a thing but I’m glad he put it all out there.
The lyrics on his debut album reportedly depict him as a bisexual black male, something that’s UNPRECEDENTED in urban music! We didn’t really like him at first, just “I Miss U”, the song he penned for Beyonce’s “4″ just last year but now we’re intrigued by his courage.. They’re men in this industry that have been hiding for years and will hide who they truly are for the rest of there careers.. It’s sad, especially when this lifestyle has so few examples…… So few success stories…… We’re proud of Frank and wish him the best, we plan on supporting him to the finish!!
Mel is finally looking like a diva, a roc nation bombshell, love the look change!! These 2 are magic together on wax and on this video for Melanie’s 2nd single from “The MF Life” a great follow up to her debut! Awll, Jay’s 2 youngest babies are growing up!
Rap-Up Magazine reports the following:
Melanie Fiona links up with her fellow Roc star J. Cole in the Colin Tilley-directed video for “This Time,” the No I.D.-produced single off her sophomore album The MF Life.
“I wanted some male energy on this record,” said the Canadian songstress. “I reached out to Cole and we had already done a song with Wale ['Beautiful Bliss'] and we all just really had great chemistry on the record. I was a fan of J. Cole. We met at the very, very beginning of his career, so we’ve kind of come up together.”
