J. Cole Announces World Tour

J.Cole, is announcing his first ever world tour kicking off August 23rd in Vancouver.  Titled Cole World…World Tourthe event comes on the heels of his much buzzed about debut album, Cole World: The Sideline Story out September 27th.

The mostly self-produced album is propelled by the lead single “Work Out,” for which the video premiered August 15th on BET.

The next single up will be the Brian Kidd produced smash, “Can’t Get Enough” featuring Trey Songz.  For the upcoming “Can’t Get Enough” video, audiences can expect a sultry, beautiful production shot on the picturesque beaches of Barbados.

So…..why would you go on a WW Tour before your album comes out?? That and the fact that he’s a new and extremely under promoted artist is going to make for some disappointing ticket sales.

He’s talented but WW Tours are for extremely established artists with significant followings… He’s not there yet. This tour needs to be U.S only and consist of 10 to 20 dates tops..

I love J Cole! I think he’s one of the realest rappers to emerge since Kanye and or course another Jay-Z discovery! I have some high expectations for this first album!

He’s not coming to Houston or TX for that matter so I”mma miss the show…
