I love it!! It’s rumored to be a left over from “Loud” but they could be true any 1 or 2 ways.. Def Jam’s had her in the studio since March recording a “Loud Deluxe Edition”, which was suppose to include 5 to 7 new songs. “We Found Love” is likely the fruit of a recording session for this re-release, which has now been scrapped!

The new album is also rumored to be called “GangstaR”, reminiscent of a track from her 4th album, “Rated R”!! This is album number six and it’s coming 11.21.11!!!

Oh and FYI, this sh** has Billboard Hot 100 all over it!!!

Yes indeed! Def Jam green lit a re-release for the 4 times platinum “Loud” but Rihanna and the label have collectively decided to scrap all re-release plans and make all the music she’s been recording over the past year part of her 6th studio album, which is yet to be titled!

This album features production from StarGate, Kanye West, The Juggernauts and other big names. According to sources the album is about complete!

Rihanna’s on tour right now but don’t be surprised when the hair color changes, new promo pics surface and we start hearing a new single. It’s already September, expect new music and a revamped, refreshed Riri by halloween!!!

I’M SO EXCITED!!!

Keeping in line with her current track record of releasing an album every year (90sMimiEsque), Rihanna will be dropping an all new album before 2011 shuts it’s eyes in addition to a possible re-released of the 4 times platinum, 3 #1 single spawning, mega album that is “LOUD”!

This is sooooooo exciting, Rihanna is unquestionable the baddest b**** on Billboard, 6 or 7 chart topped since 2008 and 10 total, who f***** wit her?? NOBODY!!!

The it girl is in the studio with the producers of “Man Down” as well as StarGate to recapture the magic of “Loud” and given that track record, she’ll absolutely be successful!!!

Not exactly! Def Jam has officially green lit “Loud’s” re-release. Rihanna’s going to be adding 5 to 10 songs to the 4 times platinum set and dropping it this fall. Looks like Beyonce can run….BUT she damn sure can’t hide…

The new set is said to include featuring roles by Nicki Minaj, J Cole, Britney Spears, Kanye West and more! #RihannaNavy

Yessss!!!!!  I’m so excited about “Loud”!!! The game and Def Jam are screaming for something a little more “Good Girl Gone Bad” and a little less “Rated R”, which in my opinion is her best album to date!

She’s coming out swinging with “Loud”, due sometime between now and January 2011. I don’t have official album info just yet but please believe she’s got at least 5 more “RudeBoys””Umbrellas” and “Disturbias” on this new project. Def Jam thinks she’s only applicable to the commericial pop market since “Rated R” barely went platinum. That couldn’t be farther from the truth! Sells mean so little in terms of the music itself these days, Mariah Carey and her 2009 studio effort are the BEST evidence of that but $$$ is all these labels are thinking about!

I wouldn’t be surprised if “Only Girl” debuts at #1, it’s the most initial fire I’ve EVER heard outta Riri! We should be seeing a music video soon! I don’t even think she’s worried bout Beyonce anymore… Gaga is her greatest adversary!!!

Rihanna Announces New Album “Loud” & Unveils Her 1st Single!!!

If “Only Girl” is any indication, Rihanna’s “Loud” will be a departure from the edgier fare of her last album, 2009’s “Rated R,” which has sold 975,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. In a recent interview with Billboard.com, Alex Da Kid — the producer/songwriter behind Eminem’s current #1 “Love the Way You Lie,” which features Rihanna — said the pop star’s new material is “like a mixture of her two sides. It’s commercial, but at the same time it’s got an edge to it — it has substance.”

Rihanna echoed that sentiment during her chat with fans. “I’m gonna miss the Rated R era too, but NOTHING compares to the album I just made,” the singer said, adding, “I wanted the next step in the evolution of Rihanna, and it’s perfect for us.”

I’ll post my opinion about the song later but I have to address the fact that “Rated R” is Rihanna’s best album to date and it REALLY didn’t have to flop like it did. It was bad promo and poor single selection that caused this The same can be said of label mates Mariah Carey and Chrisette Michelle…

Rihanna’s first single should have been “RudeBoy” that track was strong enough to get her the #1 debut and huge sales week she deserved. “Rudeboy” is also the song most like her “GGGB” material, the fans would have poured into the stortes to cop it thinking it was sugary and pop and gotten something much harder and more edgy. It would have been a pleasant suprise nonetheless.

She really put in work on this album and no one really got to hear it…

Album #5 is going to be almost a mirror reflection of “GGGB”. Def Jam doesn’t see there promo mistake so they think Riri can’t swim the urban dance pop waters. This album is going to be club music, mostly commerical pop designed to appease the young racially ambiguous audience…
