Rihanna to Testify Against Chris!

Despite the birthday present exchanges these two did after the fight, Rihanna will likely testify against her ex boyfriend Chris Brown. Us Magazine reports the following:

Rihanna’s attorney says the singer, 21, will attend a hearing next month as a possible witness in the assault case against ex Chris Brown.

Donald Etra says that prosecutors have informed him that Rihanna will receive a subpoena to testify during a preliminary hearing in L.A. on June 22.

“The DA told me Rihanna will be subpoenaed. I will accept on her behalf,” Etra tells Usmagazine.com. “She will appear in court, and if asked to testify, she will do so.”

Asked how Rihanna is, Etra told Us, “She is doing fine. She is continuing with her career and moving on with her life and doing great.”

On Thursday, a judge denied a motion by Brown’s attorneys to receive confidential police and investigative records to determine who leaked a photograph of a battered Rihanna to the media.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg told attorney Mark Geragos the motion was premature and he could file it again after the preliminary hearing, which will determine whether there is enough evidence to continue a case against Brown.

Brown – who faces assault and criminal threats charges for the alleged February attack on Rihanna — has pleaded not guilty.

Chris Brown threatens Usher???

Yea this gets crazier and crazier. During the controversy surrounding Chris and Rihanna’s fight Usher and a few other artist have made some negative comments about Chris and understandably so… Usher had the following to say of the situation and Chris’ being so nonchalant about the incident:

Have a little bit of remorse, man. The man’s on Jet Skis? Like, just relaxing in Miami?”

That statement and a few others were made on video for Jermaine Dupre’s “Living the Life” Series

Days later Usher retracted his statements after reportedly recieving an angry phone call form Chris…  To Usher:”‘I’m going to see you b**** meaning ‘I will eventually see you out, and this is going to be a problem.’” Someone please tell me how no one knew this dude was so violent??? This can’t just be all of a sudden. How’d he pull off the good guy image for soooooo long. If he did this…If he called up Usher and pretty much told him it was his a** the next time they saw eachother then he needs counseling…. Foreal!

I’m mad at Usher for being scared of a 19 or 20 year old dude. Your grown!!!!!!!! I would let that ni**** have it if he called my phone with that sh**.

FINALLY… THE WORDS THAT SET OFF CHRIS BROWN!!!

Awwwww Yes!!!! We all know that Riri and Chris were out shopping when the whole incident happened but what we didn’t know was what she said to get his fist flying. They engaged in a heated argument where in which Rihanna whipped the keys to Chris’ rented Lambo and threw them outside the car. He went to retrieve them and when he returned the argument persisted. Chris made a threat, something along the line of “You gon get yo ass beat” and Rihanna reported belted “You can’t hit me I’m NOT YOUR MOTHER”!!!!!! That statement would warrant a quick hand from anyone… I don’t know Riri… You kinda asked for a** whoopin if you did in fact say that.

Furthermore Chris’ mother’s first husband or ex husband or whatever her situation is, was allegedly abusive towards her so this comment would have deeply angered him and the evidence of that anger is all over her face…
